Northwest Montana Community Land Trust, Inc. (NWMTCLT)  has had 52 homes located in

neighborhoods throughout the city of Kalispell since 2012.  In 2023 two homes were added in Whitefish and one in Kalispell with plans to add more homes in Columbia Falls, Whitefish and Kalispell in 2024.  NWMTCLT stewards single-family homes and townhomes with a range of sizes.
