This pandemic is unlike anything we have seen in our lifetimes. The effects of it are unpredictable and far-reaching. The most important thing we can do right now is to look after each other. This is obviously difficult to do without physically reaching out, but it still needs to be done. CLT homeowners have already been doing this and making sure that their neighbors are getting their needs met. In times like these, community is the most important word in our name.

If you are having trouble paying your mortgage, there are a variety of resources available. The best place to start is by contacting your lender. Here are some of the more common lenders to the NWMT CLT.
